Roberto Clemente

Roberto Clemente was born in Barrio San Anton, Puerto Rico in 1934. He played professional baseball for 16 years. He spent his whole career with the Pittsburgh Pirates. During that time he was awarded the NL MVP Award, the World Series MVP Award, and was an All-Star fifteen times. Clemente was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1973.
