Being in the last row provides you a seat if it's a packed game but also a nice open area if you have a restless child. Behind you is a very open concourse to push a stroller or walk around while still seeing the game. Nice breeze. August 29, 2016

The concourse here is wide and open. There can be a cool breeze from the open panels, great for hot nights. Great place to roll a stroller back & forth and still see the game. And ample space to walk around a restless toddler. August 29, 2016

Restaurant is open all year and we visited in December so no baseball but still great view of the field. I'm sure it is a great place on game day. Grass was covered cause it was 12 degrees outside.
