Rail in front gives lots of leg room

The top of the stage is slightly obstructed, but no action is lost. Actors are well-miked and there is a speaker behind the next seat over. Worth the significantly discounted price. It's a small theater; there aren't really any bad seats.

Great seat. Stadium seating so most seats good. First row would also be great because stage is only at chest level when seated. Plenty of leg room in all rows.
