First Row of the Dress Circle on aisle. Great view, not too much cut off.

Fantastic seats

Absolutely amazing seats. You miss the panoramic view of the right branch of the catwalk, but it's still a stunning view.

Excellent view of stage, miserably uncomfortable seats if you have long legs. Wall directly in front does not allow any room to stretch legs even a little.

We've seen the show twice, both times in these seats! The best especially for slightly less price than Dress Circle Center. You miss a little staging on stage left, but nothing significant. Best part...no one in front of you! And because the dress circle is low, it almost feels like you're on the main floor because it's situated about 12 rows or so from stage and not so high from floor like the balcony.

Depending on the show and staging the right side of the stage may be blocked the smallest amount. Fantastic seats overall.

Obstructed view but barely. Less than 3 total minutes in the show take place up on the right side of the stage where the speaker is blocking, and cast is still partially visible.

Great seats with no one in front of you. Can't see the far upper right side of the stage, but no main action takes place there for this show. Only downside is that there isn't much legroom.

Absolutely amazing seats!!! Listed as restricted view, but its not. Will look for these seats first from now on!

Didn't miss a thing from this seat, just had to lean a little to see stage left riser scene.
