Seat was amazing. Had a great view of the stage. It was a little to the left and in front of the sound/lights booth, so at times there were some very slightly distracting glows from the controls in the booth, but it didn't bother me overall.

Great views of the entire stage! Sound was good. Seats are a little narrow and uncomfortable, mainly for elbows. There's no space to comfortably leave your arms in a normal position without the armrest causing discomfort.

Good view, but the row directly in front is a balcony row, so if the people in front of you lean forward on the railing of the balcony, it will obstruct your view.

Nice clear view of the stage.

Perfect view! Center, view of all going on onstage, inclined and can see over the one row in front of us.

Love Trey and Jake, felt closer than the photo

I had to take a pano shot because I was too close to get one of the whole stage! Aladdin was such a great musical to sit this close, the set designs were so beautiful and intricate. I would have missed those details if we were farther back.

The distance from the stage was nice, but it was an obstructed view. Luckily a lot of Hamilton was in the center on the rotating stage, but everything on the left side was blocked. I still loved being there, but you miss a few things.

Third row back from the front on the mezzanine, dead center. Cheaper seats since it was on the mezzanine and worth it!

I hate heights but this was the front row of Balcony 10 and the low wall with railing made me feel more secure. Not much leg room though and many flights of stairs

I would not sit here again. Sound was great and the view was unobstructed - unlike some seats further down - but it was SO far way that we couldn't really tell who was singing. I will splurge the next time for theater. For a concert it is probably fine.
