Rush seats! Closer than it looks. Full view of the stage.

Dead center. Gorgeous Broadway (Shubert) house. High up, but good view for the price. This may be Philly but ticket prices are very Broadway.

Nice padded seat. Extremely small legroom.

Fabulous view of the stage. Comfy padded seats. Almost no leg room.

Obstructed view for both seats in balcony

The legroom may be tight, but the sound and sight lines are perfect.

Last row in the theatre but wasn't the worst. A plus, no one behind you and can put coat on railing behind unlike other who had to cram under seat.

Good seat, only a few parts of a scene blocked by the speakers on the right.

This is a significantly obstructed view seat and should not be sold at the same price as the rest of the front mezzanine. The speakers block the left side of the stage, and the back center of the stage is not visible. Beware seats near this one.

Great view of the stage! Very little legroom, tight fit for my long-legged 5'6" daughter, but fine for 5'3" me. I would still buy again!
