Incredible view and leg room. Considerable amount of foot traffic can impede view of game due to location in first row of section.

Seat is close to half court. Cup holders in both arms makes the seat width smaller. This is the top row of the lower bowl section. 6' walkway behind you. 16 rows behind you so it's a long walk up stairs to get food/drinks or use bathrooms

2018 Red/Blue Scrimmage Game. Seat 23 is the end of the row. The rail in front of the seat is low enough to see over while sitting back in the seat. All scoreboards in the stadium can be seen easily and without interference. Seat is a little padded on the bottom only. Arm rests have cup holders that reduce the seat width some. Not a lot of leg room, and you will have to stand up for everyone entering or exiting the row.

This seat is located right on the aisle. Throughout the entire game people were coming and going ultimately blocking the view of the court.
