There is a bar that partially obstructs your view of the game. I am short so it worked out for me. There is also a walkway in between the seats and the bar, in which people constantly walk by. Additionally, if it's a hot day, there is no shade.

Only slightly better than seat 1, your view is still obstructed, but only by a single bar instead of a double bar. Still have to deal with everyone walking in front of you, too.

Despite being front row of the 2nd tier behind home plate, this seat is terrible. Not only do you have the obviously obstructed view, but there is a walkway in front of these seats, meaning that vendors and other fans are passing by non-stop!
