Princess Theatre (Melbourne), section: Stalls, row: A, seat: 18
Harry Potter and the Cursed Child
Friday Forty lottery tickets. This is technically the second row of seats but the first row (AA) isn’t being used due to covid precautions. Wonderful to see facial expressions from this close! Very minimal restrictions to view caused by closeness to stage.

Won through the Friday Forty Lottery - $80 for the whole show! The most amazing seat, everything was visible and it allows great connections with the cast as you are so close. I was so immersed, hope to sit there again!

Great seat - in the middle and close enough to see the expressions on the actors faces. The only downside is that you are ever so slightly below the stage so won't be able to see the stage floor. That might be a problem if you are quite short but OK for me
  • Princess Theatre (Melbourne), section: STALLS, row: A, seat: 28
Harry Potter and the Cursed Child
Also probably one of the best seats in the house, a single head in front of me! (Lottery Win ticket)

Honestly probably the best seat in the house, not a head in front of me (Lottery Win ticket)

The best seat I've sat in so far at the Princess – a perfect view of all angles of the stage, you don't miss a thing and you can see facial expressions perfectly. Don't have a bad thing to say about this seat, it's the best!

One of THE best seats I've sat in!! You don't miss a single thing and you're very close to the action for those beautiful close ups and facial expressions

An INCREDIBLE seat. So close to the stage, not far from the aisle (two seats away), with an unobstructed view of the whole stage.

Princess Theatre (Melbourne), section: Stalls, row: C, seat: 33
Harry Potter and the Cursed Child
Restricted view seat on the end of row C. Not too bad for the price! You get a great up-close view of the actors, however you do miss a few small moments in the back corner because of the angle/being so close to the stage.

Princess Theatre (Melbourne), section: Stalls, row: C, seat: 33
Harry Potter and the Cursed Child
Restricted view seat. You miss out on one effect (can’t see it at all in first few rows of seats anyway) and a few brief moments on stage. C32 is slightly less restricted than C33.
  • Princess Theatre (Melbourne), section: STALLS, row: D, seat: 9
Harry Potter and the Cursed Child
RESTRICTED VIEW! - I have warmed up to D9 since i first sat there!? Besides a few moments where you can't see action on the left hand side of the stage, it's actually not bad!? It's so close to the stage too!
  • Princess Theatre (Melbourne), section: STALLS, row: D, seat: 9
Harry Potter and the Cursed Child
RESTRICTED VIEW! Not worth it. Would be better to save money and pay for a better, more centred seat. You miss A LOT of the action and inherently miss the plot. The seat is rather low so if anyone in front of you is even slightly taller it sucks.

Princess Theatre (Melbourne), section: Stalls, row: D, seat: 10
Harry Potter and the Cursed Child
Not the best seat for the price, but still good. Very close, but cuts off some things on the far left.

Brilliant seat! On the aisle, so close to the stage with a perfect view of everything. Couldn't recommend more.

Princess Theatre (Melbourne), section: Stalls, row: E, seat: 9
Harry Potter and the Cursed Child
Restricted view seat. Maybe slightly better view than D9? You do miss a few moments onstage, so I would not recommend if it’s your first time seeing the show and you want the full experience. Fun to see the show up close from this angle though!
