Very last row in balcony, can’t be farther back. Bring binoculars! Sound was still great. I’m a bit spoiled because we have orchestra seats usually and this was a last minute purchase for a group of 4.

High up in the balcony but not difficult to see. Our kids used free booster seats to see better and it was very helpful!'

Definite rail obstruction. View is unobstructed 2+ seats to either side

Clear view of stage, but too far to see actors' faces in detail.

Ticket says potential obstruction from railing, however I think only kids might have trouble seeing over it. Great view since no one is blocking you, just hard to see facial expressions. But for the price, great balcony seat!
