Better view than I thought. Feels more intimate than these pictures depict

No obstruction. Very pleased

Very disappointed. Hardly any view of stage without leaning over balusters.

Do not order seats in the 1st two rows in the balcony - the frame for hanging lights is right in the way to view the 1st 20' of the stage

Seats are comfortable and wide. Great View of stage
