Might as well stay at home and listen to the soundtrack. Sat in many seats in the Dress Circle over the years, while this is by far the worst, I wouldn't book anything besides the first 2 or 3 rows in the circle, even then, only if it's the last option.

Bring your binoculars. WAY too far back. Two stars only because they are nice and center. Would only consider the first row or two in the Dress Circle in Future if I absolutely had to. Stick to the first 10-15 rows of the stalls in this theatre.
