Very comfortable theater.

Folding chair without arm rests. Very tight. Would not sit here again for that reason. Other seats in theater have arm rests.

Excellent small theater with great sightlines. No bad seat. Easy parking on front lawn. Beautiful country setting.

Brandy Clark had a killer opener. I would try to avoid this seat in the future as it felt too far away for me. It also was incredibly warm up there. I kept praying for AC and none came.

TDF ticket - Thursday matinee. Long drive.

Would definitely sit here again. No heads blocking you.

It was worth the bucks to sit this close. Good view, adequate legroom. No center aisle so be prepared for extra time to exit.

Lottery Seat. Thrilling to be so close to see facial expressions. Definitely partial view as you will miss things happening on the stage floor and will not be able to appreciate choreography as much. Excellent legroom; no seats in front of you.

Centered view but no legroom and head in front of you blocks your sightline.
