Excellent view. Row 1 has a ledge in front of seat suitable for setting drinks, phone, etc. Entry at top of section. Good deal of stairs to get to row 1 and back up.

This row has VERY tight legroom. More so than most seats. Seat also more narrow. No cup holders or ledge. View is fine though.
