Mexodus

The way the stage is set up, if you face directly forward you will just be facing a wall, so you need to turn a bit to the left to see.

The show Mexodus was awesome, but this was rhe most uncomfortable seat I've ever experienced on or off Broadway. The seats are tiny narrow conference room type seats, somehow bound together so they don't move. Very poor seating quality in this theatre.

Full view - the theater is very small, but the left and right sections may be obstructed for parts of the show given the set-up. This seat was on the aisle of the center section.

You are in an open seat on the row break, meaning no seats in front of you, just the stairs - great view and PLENRY OF LEG ROOM!! you do have to get up from time to time to let people in and out of the row, but that's not a big issue .

Full view of the stage, but you have to turn your head the whole time. Any further to the side and you would have an obstructed view. If you were to face forward you would be looking at the proscenium. The seats are incredibly narrow - it's like sitting on a crowded 1 train. It's an unnecessarily poorly designed audience space.

Some slightly obstructive heads in the row ahead, but worth it for the savings in ticket price. That said, all seats are very uncomfortable and close together.

This is the front row for this production. Definitely don't sit any farther to the side, it becomes somewhat partial view.

Small theater. Good rake in mezzanine. Great view.

Kind of steep and slightly awkward to get to this side (walk across an entire row to get across the aisle where these seats are), but great view and only minimal obstruction from the railing.
