Feb 2 2020 - decent seat location with good unobstructed view of stage.

This is an awesome seat. Clear & close view of the stage. Was able to see the entire stage from seat.

Hand rail is right there. And people walking in late stop here blocking the stage.

You do miss about a few feet of the screen on the right.

This is seat is fantastic, especially if like me, you’re shorter and tired of never being able to see the show!

Great seats with no obstruction of view

For the type of show, these seats work well and visually capture everything on stage. Occasionally, the action of the far right is lost by other than that, it's good.

Since it is on the first row, there is no where to stretch your legs. Also if you have kids or are on the short side, the railing can block view. Our 4 year old had to sit on a lap or stood in font of us. The 9 year old had to sit on edge of seat to see.
