The CottageVery tight seating, knees are up against the back of the seat in front of you. No aisle next to seat,it was a wall, view was great no obstructions, but thank goodness for intermissions. All seats in this theater seemed to lack much leg roomOrchestra RsectionQrow12seat

The CottageGreat view, aisle transfer seat. Accessible restroom available. Seats are quite small and rows are cramped - this theatre is quite old and has not had renovations in some time.Orchestra LsectionKrow1seat

anonymousThe CottageSeats are tight and not much rake to the orchestra level, luckily I didn’t have anyone in front of me so I was able to see just fine!Orchestra RsectionRrow8seat

The CottageView was pretty good, but missed some of the action stage left. Also, the seats are small (close together, low to the ground) and there’s minimal legroom - I’m only 5’1” and with boots on I felt cramped!Mezzanine RsectionBrow12seat

anonymousThe CottageGreat view of stage. Mezz overhangs at row H, but it's very high, so didn't obstruct viewOrchestra RsectionKrow2seat

The CottageGreat view. Small theatre so this orchestra seat isn't too far back and there is limited mezzanine overhang. Can see everything on stage aside from the far left back corner. Rush ticket.Orchestra LsectionOrow13seat

The CottageOverall great! Far enough away for a full picture but close enough to see facial expressions. It was on the side so it blocked one part of the show but you could always see the actorsOrchestra RsectionLrow11seat

The CottageGreat seat. Good views, unobstructed, good sound. Use binocs occasionally for close views, but didn't need them much.Mezzanine CsectionArow103seat
