If you are tall, leg room may be an issue...
This is the second row of the left side, and seat 5 is right next to the wall. The wall blocks the very far left side of the stage, but doesn't block any action. The left side of the orchestra is the best side, as a lot of the action happens here.
Not bad at all for last row mezzanine. Didn't feel that far away.

No leg room or seat room! Jam packed in!
Clear view and feels closer to the stage than it looks.
No room to breathe
There is a tall handrail for the aisle infront that some might find off-putting. But it’s not obstructing the view. It’s an aisle seat.
Aisle seat with a beam to the seats left so there is extra leg room.
This theater is so small, there are no bad seats
It's a tiny theater so most any Orchestra seat is fine, but the furthest seat to the sides on the wall in rows E, F, and G have slightly obstructed views.
Theater just reopened. Still has that 'new theater smell'
Plenty of legroom but not much room at the shoulder because you are right up against the wall. Miss very few moments on stage but great seats close to the stage.
Wonderful seat! Can see the entire stage clearly. Seats cramped though. Sat on an aisle seat so was able to stretch it legs.
Perfect view, and close enough to see faces well. Highly recommended!
Seats were kind of cramped
Small theatre so most seats are good. Column to the left that is not obtrusive at all.
