Good seats in my opinion.
Our seats were in the last row of the floor seats but there is no bad seat at the Embassy. It was a straight shot view of the stage.
Not a lot of leg room, but comfortable and clear view.

I loved being able to see everything going on, on stage!
Not horrible but sound could be better and if it was full it would be hard to fit people with long legs.
Wonderful seats could see the entire play, just not a lot of feet room in the upper balcony but the view was amazing
