This photo shows how the orchestra is sloped until Row M, where it flattens and becomes stepped. Making Row M sit much higher over the row in front of it than any other. Center of Row M would be best seats in the house for a short viewer.

Orchestra sloped until row M, where it becomes stepped. So row M sits high above the rows in front of it. GREAT row for short people, no way a head will block you. No impairment from being on side, no impairment from mezz overhang. Great leg room

View is a little slanted but not missing much. Rush tickets were a great deal.

PHENOMAL legroom! By far the best on Broadway! Furthest right seat; it's not an obstructed view, but some things are blocked by actors and your neck will hurt from turning it, but would sit here again!

The last few rows of orchestra are a bit elevated and have complete view of stage. Great show.

Perfect seat! Even if someone is tall is in front of you, you'll be so close to the stage it doesn't matter.
